// ABOUT IGS

Built by someone who ran operations before he ran AI.

Nick Boschetto didn’t come from a tech background. He came from the floor — 20+ years running a business before he ever touched an AI tool.

// THE STORY

Two decades on the floor. Three years building AI from the inside out.

Nick Boschetto spent over two decades as General Manager of a large indoor sports facility in New England — managing logistics, staff, scheduling, vendor relationships, and daily operations at scale. He built programs from the ground up, grew revenue year over year, and learned what it actually takes to keep a business running when everything is pulling at you at once. He didn’t come from a tech background. He came from the floor.

About three years ago, Nick started working with AI — and he didn’t just explore it. He built, tested, and implemented AI systems inside his own businesses. Not on clients first. On himself. He rolled out automation across his own operations company and his wife’s publishing company, refining his process through real-world use, identifying what worked, what didn’t, and where the risks were that most people never think to ask about. Every system he builds today has been stress-tested through that same lens: does it actually hold up inside a real business?

That’s why IGS starts with an assessment before anything gets built. Nick has been on your side of the table — as an operator, not a consultant. He knows the difference between an AI tool that looks impressive in a demo and one that actually makes your business run better. When he assesses your business, he’s looking for the same things he looked for in his own: where the bottleneck is, what’s creating the risk, and what system would solve it without creating three new problems in the process.

"
He didn't test AI on clients first. He tested it on himself.

// THE MISSION

Stop doing by hand what a system can do for you.

IGS exists because most small business owners are spending 10+ hours a week on work that a well-built system could handle automatically. Not because they don’t want to change — but because nobody has shown them a system that was actually built for their business, not someone else’s.

Every IGS engine is built around one specific bottleneck at a time. We don’t try to automate everything at once. We find the one thing costing you the most time or money, build a system around it, get it working, and then move to the next one. That’s how real operational change actually happens.
